The role involves project managing cross-functional activities like quoting, pricing, and contracting to ensure timely, compliant customer deliverables, while also developing compliant, customer-centric pricing strategies based on data analysis and internal policy validation.

The Customer Success Manager will proactively manage a portfolio of customers to ensure they achieve measurable outcomes and long-term value from Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS) by developing success plans and monitoring adoption indicators. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, partnering with customers and orchestrating internal teams to drive satisfaction, adoption, and renewals, while also influencing the product roadmap.

The Field Service Engineer performs timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment within healthcare systems and independently troubleshoots and executes moderately complex repairs and installations. They are responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence and leading communications as an escalation point for customer concerns.

This role involves developing and refining value models, leading customer engagements focused on return on investment, and designing data-driven insights through demand modeling and financial assessments for large, strategic customers.
