Job Description

• The Preconstruction Sales Specialist supports the growth of T5’s data center construction platform by assisting with client engagement, pursuit coordination, and early-stage preconstruction activities. • This role works closely with sales leadership, estimating teams, and operations to help identify new opportunities, coordinate responses to client requests, and support project development for mission critical construction projects. • The position plays an important role in managing pursuit logistics, organizing RFP responses, and coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are delivered accurately and on schedule. • The Preconstruction Client Sales Specialist also assists with conceptual budgeting, market research, and industry relationship development to support successful project pursuits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in construction, preconstruction, estimating, project coordination, or business development support
  • Data center/mission critical or general construction background preferred
  • Experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, or client pursuits is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Experience with CRM systems and proposal management tools preferred
