Job Description

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with biopharma companies, CROs, and key industry stakeholders, leveraging scientific expertise to build trust and credibility. • Drive business development efforts in an evolving market by articulating the scientific and clinical value of Beacon’s technology, with particular focus on psychiatry, neurology, and sleep-related disorders. • Operate effectively in a rapidly-moving startup environment by identifying, executing, and ruthlessly prioritizing the most valuable activities to support growth. • Influence and work with cross-functional teams to support partnerships, including Neuroscience, Data Science, Data Engineering, Clinical Operations, Program Management, and the Leadership team. • Expand and deepen existing customer relationships by demonstrating thought leadership and providing scientifically-grounded insights that help advance customers' clinical development initiatives. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, white papers, and scientific content to high-level stakeholders, including PhD-level scientists and executives, by reading primary and secondary neuroscience literature. • Support, but not lead, complex negotiations that maximize value for both Beacon and its partners. • Analyze industry and business intelligence data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and partnership success. • Maintain and record business development activities in a CRM, and support lead generation outreach efforts to build early funnel demand.
