The coordinator will make 80-100 outbound calls daily to educate members about behavioral health programs, guide enrollment conversations to ensure high engagement and appointment show rates, and assess needs including self-harm risk.

Specialists will serve as role models for individuals in recovery, following program guidelines to plan care, assess needs, complete screenings, and refer clients to appropriate resources. Key duties also involve coordinating with the care team and community agencies to ensure high-quality support and completing necessary documentation for member contacts and care plans.
