Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Product Management within Healthcare or Medical Devices, including success in building, motivating, and leading teams
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or downstream marketing
- Experience in medical devices, wound care, regenerative medicine, or adjacent healthcare markets
- Proven success supporting sales teams and commercial execution
- Strong understanding of outpatient healthcare environments
- Ability to translate clinical and economic value into compelling commercial messaging
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required, potentially up to 50%.
- Preferred: Direct experience in outpatient wound care, skin substitutes, biologics, or surgical products
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Exposure to reimbursement, coding, and coverage dynamics
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
- Comfort operating in high-growth, evolving markets.
