Role Description
We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative Business Operations Manager to join our team and help streamline business processes across a wide range of areas in a fun, fast-paced environment. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up with an uplifting mission! This is a full-time, remote individual contributor role.
- Own and optimize core business platforms including Salesforce, BuilderTek, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, ensuring they effectively support business goals and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain BI reports and analytics dashboards, providing insights for data-driven decision-making across the organization (BigQuery, Grafana, Salesforce).
- Manage projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to solution design, implementation, and training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, systems operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration and flow building or equivalent CRM tools; experience with BuilderTek or similar construction/project management software.
- Rollout and implementation experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BI reporting and data visualization with SQL based platforms.
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- $140,250 - $165,000 a year
- Villa is committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. The posted range reflects the expected base pay for a California-based hire. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including the candidate's primary work location, specialized experience, and internal parity.
