We are the TAC Product Team, where our collective strength and diverse perspectives drive innovation and excellence. As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of your product and feature portfolio. You will gather requirements, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy: Use your strong knowledge of our solutions and what our competition is doing to define our product vision in collaboration with your team.
- Market Trends: Keep up to date with market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to best provide insights and recommendations for product strategy.
- Innovation: Seek to provide new innovative products while connecting our offerings to showcase the real-life value for our customers.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for your portfolio, outlining key milestones and release plans, communicating updates to stakeholders, and defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product operations, user experience, marketing, sales, and customer experience, driving strong collaboration throughout the product life cycle.
- Peer Collaboration: Partner with our team members to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product releases.
- Product Launch: Work closely with our release management team to ensure seamless product launches and go-to-market for our enablement teams. Support testing of new features to ensure we achieve our business case objectives.
- User Experience: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on product designs through active prototyping tooling.
- Performance Monitoring: Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stakeholder and Risk Management: Collaborate with your senior leadership team to enable seamless communication with other stakeholders in the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market, preferably in Agronomy.
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Great-to-haves
- Direct experience in AgTech, FoodTech, or Agricultural Technology sectors with understanding of precision agriculture, IoT sensors, farm management systems, or supply chain technologies.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Professional) or Agile methodologies with demonstrated application in technology product development.
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms serving enterprise customers in agriculture or consumer goods industries, including subscription-based business models.
