Job Description
Role Description
The Commissions & Payouts team ensures every Creator is paid accurately, transparently, and on time - powering the trust that fuels the Creator economy. As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you will own the strategy and delivery of our Creator Payout Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across the financial systems that support Creator earnings. You will partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Data to evolve our payment infrastructure and deliver automation and insight at scale.
You are comfortable navigating both the technical complexity of a financial backend system and the strategic impact of payout policy, compliance, and user experience. You will define and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and global scalability of our payments ecosystem.
How you will make an impact
- Define and own the strategy for LTK’s payout platform - evolving it from a service to a scalable product ecosystem that supports Creator growth.
- Drive system reliability and scalability, ensuring payout accuracy, auditability, and compliance in collaboration with Engineering and Finance teams.
- Partner cross-functionally across Product, Data, and Operations to streamline creator commissions, automate reconciliation workflows, and improve financial transparency.
- Translate technical architecture and dependencies into product strategy - aligning engineering priorities with business impact.
- Lead and influence without direct authority, guiding roadmaps across multiple teams.
- Use data to drive prioritization - establish and monitor key metrics (e.g., payout success rate, processing latency, error rate) to inform product direction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, including deep experience in financial systems, payments infrastructure, or backend platform products.
- Proven ability to define technical product roadmaps that balance short-term delivery and long-term platform health.
- Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and financial data pipelines; ability to converse fluently with engineers and data teams.
- Analytical fluency with tools like Looker, or similar BI platforms to validate hypotheses and measure product performance.
- Track record of shipping complex cross-functional initiatives that improve system reliability or financial operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; you translate between technical and business teams seamlessly.
- Experience working in an environment that values speed, accuracy, and compliance in equal measure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Product Management experience is a plus.
- A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
Benefits
- The opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerce.
- A remote-first, productivity-first environment.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family.
- 401(k) with LTK company matching.
- Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance.
- Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity Leave.
- Summer Fridays and Flexible PTO.
