- Review labeling, packaging, user manuals, BOMs, and marketing claims for compliance alignment.
- Ensure compliance readiness prior to mass production.
- Support field incident review and product safety investigations in partnership with Legal and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and maintain recall readiness and corrective action procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback trends for potential safety or regulatory implications.
- Support regulatory reporting obligations where required.

- Develop training materials and conduct cross-functional compliance training.
- Oversee safety, EMC, RF, environmental, and reliability testing programs.
- Manage relationships with third-party testing labs and certification agencies.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent certifications.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with NYC-based teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., RAC, CQE) a plus.
