Role Description

INTERNSHIP TITLE: PIMS INTEGRATION SUPPORT INTERN

Location: US REMOTE

Internship Summary:

• Focused on helping grow our PIMS (Practice Information Management Software) integrations.
• Involved in supporting Zoetis markets globally to increase PIMS integrations.
• Expand market understanding of PIMS integration and enable this integration for Zoetis customers.
• This effort is key to our global customer experience and will expose you to real-world scenarios, systems, problems, and solutions.

Internship Job Duties:

• Working alongside the PIMS product managers to expand PIMS integrations globally.
• Support communications with PIMS partners and Zoetis markets to enhance the PIMS integration experience.
• Engage colleagues in understanding PIMS we integrate with and how to access the tools needed for integration.
• Maintain and expand the SharePoint site where these tools are compiled.
• Prepare/present reports and other information summarizing work activities.
• Prepare/present various analyses as needed to highlight issues and resolve questions.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and others to manage PIMS integration documentation and support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program; minimum GPA 3.0 is preferred.
• Business, communications, marketing majors encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office applications – especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Comfort with style and communication in the digital space; experience with SharePoint is a plus.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Associate-level degree: $16.00 per hour
• If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Undergraduate-level degree: $22.00 per hour
• If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Graduate-level degree: $32.50 per hour
• If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Doctorate-level degree: $36.00 per hour
• If the selected candidate were to be located in California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois (Chicago area), Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington (Seattle area):
• Student pursuing an Associate-level degree: $17.00 per hour
• Student pursuing an Undergraduate-level degree: $24.20 per hour
• Student pursuing a Graduate-level degree: $36.40 per hour
• Student pursuing a Doctorate-level degree: $40.30 per hour
