Role Description
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Executive to expand our presence in Michigan’s construction and public works sector. If you’re passionate about sustainability, enjoy connecting with people, and want your work to make a tangible difference, we’d love to hear from you.
- Build lasting relationships with county commissioners, local governments, and engineering teams.
- Use your network, referrals, and industry events to identify new opportunities and grow your territory.
- Educate stakeholders on the technical and environmental benefits of our innovative solutions.
- Lead the sales process from first contact to close, driving measurable results for communities and the planet.
- Collaborate with a supportive internal team and benefit from comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Experience selling to government agencies or managing county/township accounts.
- Background in construction, asphalt, chemicals, or agri-business industries.
- Strong communication skills. You can build rapport quickly and translate technical information with ease.
- A self-starter attitude with the confidence to close deals and exceed goals.
- (Bonus) You may be a retired engineer or government professional looking to leverage your experience in a high-impact sales role.
- Integrity-driven: you want to earn well by doing good for communities and the environment.
Benefits
- Base salary: $60K
- Uncapped commission, tiered (first year OTE: $100–110K, Year 2+: $150K+ potential)
