- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
- Provide responsive, client-focused service throughout the consultation process
- Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training
- Build strong, long-term client relationships while developing professional skills
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
- Confident presenting information in virtual meetings
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and digital tools
