Job Description

• First-line customer support response across discord, live chat, & email • Develop a culture of delightful customer support across multiple channels • Act as a trusted point of contact for the community • Build internal programs, tools, resources, and training for support improvements • Act in compliance with regulatory and operational standards • Use user pain points to drive product improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, trading, gaming, or web3
  • Hands-on exposure to exchanges, digital asset platforms, or regulated fintech environments
  • Experience with payments, market operations, KYC/AML compliance, or trading infrastructure
  • Understanding of DeFi, prediction markets, and web3
  • Large Discord or online community management experience
  • Comfortable working weekends and off-hours
  • Ability to pivot on the fly
  • Clear, sharp writing skills.
