- Process and review timesheets, expense reports, and payroll coding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track and report employee attendance, maintain HR records, and support workforce planning activities.
- Generate, pre-bill, and issue sales invoices; track accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Analyze account profitability, project expenses, and extra work costs to optimize financial performance.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks, ensure operational procedures are followed, and maintain SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
- Manage contracts, track CPI adjustments, and monitor contract expansions or extensions for compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and clients, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in account coordination, finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and relevant business tools.
- Experience in vendor and contract management is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable, WIP tracking, ERP systems, and safety/compliance standards is preferred.
