Role Description
The Concentrix Technical Products and Services team is the driving force behind Concentrix’s transformation, data, and technology services. Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and related configurations.
- Develop and enhance Power Apps canvas applications used by business teams.
- Customize SharePoint forms using Power Apps.
- Migrate legacy Nintex forms and workflows to Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Maintain and enhance Power Automate workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
- Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate integrations.
- Work with multiple business teams to help them consume and integrate data from the SharePoint + Power Platform environment.
- Implement enhancements and improvements based on user feedback and evolving requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- Experience with Power Automate workflows
- Experience customizing SharePoint forms using Power Apps
- Understanding of SharePoint data structures (lists, libraries, permissions)
- Experience migrating Nintex forms/workflows to Power Platform (preferred)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and support business users
Requirements
- Experience with Power Platform governance and environment management (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of integration with APIs or other enterprise systems (nice to have)
