Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Required).
- Three (3) years of claims, customer service or enrollment work experience, which includes one (1) year of quality audit, quality control, or quality assurance experience (Required).
- Experience in operating computer in a Windows environment, including Visio, Access and Power point and Internet (DSHS, OIC regulations, HCFA, Public use files, etc.).

The role involves receiving calls from patients and team members to perform and update coverage information within Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure accuracy for claim initiation. Responsibilities also include reviewing eligibility transactions, managing CRM requests, and updating guarantor accounts and hospital account records based on various inputs.
