Job Description

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. • Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. • Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. • Perform unit, system, and integration testing. • Debug and fix technical problems. • Support the development of detailed technical documentation. • Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. • Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum of FOUR (4) years of experience for mid-level developers and minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience for senior developers.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
US Citizenship is contractually required.
Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as HRSD, GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
