Role Description
We are seeking a professional and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting a US-based client. The ideal candidate will have previous remote customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced online environment.
- Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers with queries, troubleshooting, and general support requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Follow company processes and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous remote or online customer support experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication style
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple online systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must have a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
