Role Description

We are seeking a professional and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting a US-based client. The ideal candidate will have previous remote customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced online environment.

  • Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with queries, troubleshooting, and general support requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
  • Follow company processes and service standards

Qualifications

  • Previous remote or online customer support experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication style
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple online systems and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must have a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
