Job Description
Job Requirements
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other cybersecurity certifications
- 5-7 years or relative experience
- 2-3 years, or more, of true leadership experience
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Equivalent Experience
- Practical experience building threat-based cybersecurity programs and designing security controls and compliance programs.
- Experience leading information technology and/or security teams in engineering, design, and operations, experience in a leadership position within a Security Operations Center preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand application performance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, and manage conflict.
