Role Description

This role is a high-impact, hands-on position focused on enabling and scaling partner success within a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment. You will manage key partner relationships, drive delivery readiness, and implement structured enablement programs that improve partner capabilities across multiple modules and regions. By collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure partners can deliver with quality, efficiency, and consistency, turning strategy into measurable outcomes. The position blends operational execution with strategic influence, giving you the opportunity to shape best practices, optimize processes, and contribute to organizational growth. You will act as the go-to advisor for partner escalations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scalability. This is ideal for a proactive, technically fluent professional looking to expand their leadership capabilities while working directly with senior stakeholders.

  • Design and execute partner enablement programs aligned to partner maturity and module adoption, including structured training, ongoing updates, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining strong relationships and driving operational excellence, delivery quality, and capability growth.
  • Support partners in establishing and operationalizing Centres of Excellence to improve delivery scalability and self-sufficiency.
  • Track partner readiness, monitor milestones, escalate risks proactively, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product—to ensure smooth transitions and partner success.
  • Manage delivery escalations, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to improve processes and enablement tools.
  • Provide executive-ready updates on partner performance, risks, and strategic outcomes while advising on implementation best practices.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years working with AuditBoard or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partners, providing enablement, handling escalations, and acting as a trusted advisor for implementations.
  • Strong technical fluency across multiple modules, workflows, and enterprise-level audit, compliance, and risk management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and align to broader strategic objectives.
  • Willingness to learn new modules and adapt to evolving partner and business needs.
  • Interest in developing leadership and people management capabilities.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and bonus program.
  • Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision).
  • 401(k) with match (US).
  • Flexible vacation policy and paid time off for birthdays and volunteering.
  • Live Your Best Life stipend ($200/month for personal enrichment).
  • Opportunities for team and company-wide events and employee resource groups.
  • Career growth in one of North America’s fastest-growing SaaS companies.
