- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven expertise in component-driven UI design and scalable design systems.
- Strong research capabilities: interviews, usability testing, persona development, journey mapping, survey design.
- Experience translating business and product goals into clear design requirements and measurable experience outcomes.
- Practical understanding of frontend development workflows and frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular).
- Familiarity with Git workflows, Storybook, and structured handoff processes.
- Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, interaction design, and motion principles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to articulate rationale and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
