Job Description

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies. • Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. • Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy documents to clients. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to provide seamless service to clients. • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide informed guidance to clients. • Continuously work towards meeting or exceeding established sales goals and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Valid insurance sales license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to ongoing professional development.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
