Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of progressive finance experience.
- Proven ownership of core financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and quarterly close, with the ability to operate independently, manage priorities and has a solution oriented approach.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, preparing and communicating financial results in a concise, insight driven manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, investment, accounting, tax, and legal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus but not required.

- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
- Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
- Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
