Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in product management, with a track record of shipping successful B2B or consumer-facing software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience showing a strong grasp of product fundamentals.
- We need a PM who is an execution powerhouse. You should demonstrate the ability to take complex, ambiguous problems and break them down into clear, executable steps for engineering and design teams.
- Strong proficiency in using data to tell a story. You are comfortable writing SQL or using analytics platforms to track KPIs and measure the success of your features.
- A clear and persuasive communicator who can explain the "why" behind product decisions and manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups.
- A solid understanding of API integrations, cloud architecture, and modern software development lifecycles to ensure feasible and scalable product handoffs.
- Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You are a self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking extreme ownership of your domain.
- Nice-To-Haves: Prior experience working with payment gateways, checkout flows, or insurance-tech products.
- Experience building dashboards or tools specifically for SMB or Enterprise retailers.
- Background in managing developer-facing products or third-party integrations.
