• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off through sourcing, resume review, screening and interview coordination, and offer • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS)
