Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales in **access control/security**, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel minimum 25% within the territory
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
