About the position
We are looking for someone who can help us refine how we tell the story of our work to the people who need to hear it, and put those strategies into practice. This is a contractor position, not a staff position.
We can imagine many people who could be a good fit for this, including people who have many parts to their lives (artists, performers, that sort of thing), people who focus on this work specifically as their consulting work, and people looking for a side gig on top of a full time job.
Job Requirements
- The main things we are looking for are:
- The ability to move projects forward independently,
- Experience telling stories of impact effectively (especially across web and email), and
- A curious mindset to develop strategies that work for Culture Work Studios.
- Some things you might do, depending on the month:
- Develop a process so testimonials and evaluations are gathered, followed up on, and used for learning and external communications
- Keep the website current as the business grows and shifts;
- Connect communications systems to each other (ex. newsletter sign up on the website);
- Manage internal and external follow-through on communications projects so tasks don't fall through the cracks.
Benefits
- This position is a contractor position with no benefits.
