- Serve as a communications partner to internal teams, advising on message clarity, tone, and channel selection.
- Manage email setup and sends in the internal communications platform, Staffbase.
Project Management & Execution
- Project manage communications workstreams end-to-end, from intake and planning through review, approval, and delivery.

- Maintain visibility into upcoming communications and help manage prioritization in highly reactive periods.
- Use work management tools (Asana) to track requests, deadlines, and dependencies.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor engagement and feedback across internal communications channels.
- Help evaluate what’s working, identify opportunities to improve clarity or reach, and apply learnings to future communications.
- Leverage generative AI to improve speed and scale, continuously exploring and responsibly piloting new AI capabilities to enhance outcomes while upholding high standards for judgment, accuracy, and tone

- 5+ years of experience across corporate, internal, or strategic communications, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
