Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card.
- 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience
- Direct experience supporting **Nuvolo Clinical EAM** on ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of **CMMS**, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals
- Experience supporting **HTM (Healthcare Technology Management)**, Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations
- Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration
- Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments including upgrades and incident response
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environment
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field** **(Master’s degree preferred but not required)**
- Required Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** *required*
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)** *strongly preferred*
- Nuvolo training
- Highly Preferred Certifications (these attract the right people)
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification
- PMP (nice to have)
