Role Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Account Implementation Manager 1. The Account Implementation Manager 1 (AIM 1) works as part of our Account Services team. The AIM 1 is responsible for implementing new Voluntary Benefits groups, re-enrollment activities for existing groups and ongoing servicing activities involving enrollment, billing and claims activity. Acts as liaison between Sales/Marketing team and operations teams for audits and updates involving multiple departments.
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of the implementation process and key deliverables for new employer groups.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with operational departments regarding implementation and build changes/updates for assigned book of business.
- Perform audits and lead operational teams in updates required to resolve discrepancies.
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in account implementation and/or account servicing.
- Insurance experience and advanced Excel skills in pivot table and vLookup beneficial but not required.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed to manage and work with many different personalities and styles.
- Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients across a variety of communication methods such as WebEx, email, phone, or face-to-face meetings.
- Must be able to multi-task with implementations at various stages and set priorities accordingly.
- Independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving.
