Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 10+ years professional multi-unit hotel operations and revenue generation leadership
- Proficient knowledge of desktop productivity tools including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of electronic scheduling and e-mail systems
- Business intelligence analysis tools, and CRM account management systems
- Preference for SynXis CR & Travelclick Agency 360
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to inspire others and adapt to all business learning levels and styles
- Highly organized with proven track record of success as a self-starter
- Demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks across disciplines and time zones
