Role Description
This role is a unique opportunity to lead and elevate a global talent acquisition function across multiple regions, including the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. The Head of Recruiting will manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring high-quality hiring that supports business growth and strategic initiatives. This leader will drive structure, accountability, and performance within the recruiting organization while building strong partnerships with hiring managers. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, implement data-driven processes, and enhance the candidate experience across all markets. This is an ideal role for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and remote-first environment, and who is passionate about developing people and scaling global recruiting operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators, setting clear expectations and performance benchmarks.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple international markets, adapting strategies to regional talent landscapes.
- Build and refine recruiting processes, including ATS workflows, feedback loops, and accountability frameworks.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and global recruiting execution.
- Define, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics, using data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and provide a consistent, high-quality candidate experience globally.
- Partner with employer branding initiatives and standardize best practices while allowing for regional nuance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with hands-on recruiting experience across multiple functions or geographies.
- 1–3+ years of experience managing recruiters or recruiting coordinators, including performance management and coaching.
- Experience recruiting in at least one international market outside the U.S. (UK, APAC, or India preferred).
- Strong ability to leverage recruiting metrics and data to drive team performance and strategic decisions.
- Proven capability to establish structure, consistency, and process in a distributed, remote-first organization.
- Experience scaling recruiting operations in fast-growing, performance-driven environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with global employment models, including EORs and contractors, is a plus.
- Background in technology, digital media, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
