This role supports daily customer interactions and administrative operations by assisting customers, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate records. Key duties include responding to inquiries via email, phone, or support systems and ensuring all customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

The agent will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing customers to process service changes on their current insurance policies, such as modifying vehicles or drivers. This includes answering detailed questions about policy coverage and actively working to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation.
