Role Description

VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote Events & Field Marketing Specialist (US: Eastern or Central timezones preferred). As part of the team, you will own the full lifecycle of conferences, hosted events, and webinars — from evaluating opportunities and securing participation, to cross-functional execution, promotion, and structured closeout.

  • Proactively scout and evaluate industry events
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics (registrations, booth management, shipping, vendors, collateral)
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership

Events are a critical channel for how VODA.ai shows up in the market. This role requires strong operational rigor, the ability to coordinate across teams, and a mindset focused on improving systems—not just operating them. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and requires the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in event marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and support a variety of event programs
  • Exceptional operational rigor, time management, and strong follow-through
  • Ability to write clear, professional social media posts and event web copy
  • Confidence and ability to influence key stakeholders to ensure execution

Requirements

  • Strong ownership mindset and don’t wait for instructions when something is unclear
  • Passionate, energetic, ambitious, and driven to deliver quality results
  • Interested in using AI tools to increase productivity and improve workflows
  • Experience in a SaaS company (nice to have)
  • Experience in B2G and/or B2B environments (nice to have)
  • Collaborated closely with Marketing Managers and Sales teams before
