Role Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a full-time Loan Opener to be responsible for reviewing each loan as received and completing tasks before submission to the appropriate Loan Processor.
- Obtain FHA and VA I.D. numbers as applicable.
- Obtain documentation for FHA and VA case numbers.
- Order Compliance and Fraud reports as needed.
- Order Flood certificates as needed.
- Order Verification of Employment when income is broken out (commissions, bonuses, etc.).
- Order EarlyCheck; a component of DU.
- Ensure all disclosures are signed and borrower intends to proceed.
- Pull USPS, VOP and VOE Third Party.
- Assign a loan processor and complete milestone, communicate items completed with processor.
- Maintain all queues to Company’s or Division’s Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mortgage experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
