The Account Executive is responsible for sourcing local real estate investors in existing markets by cultivating relationships through various channels and acting as the B2B lead generator. Key duties include gathering borrower documentation, improving end-to-end workflows, engaging online, and maintaining knowledge of local real estate activity.

This position is responsible for monitoring and processing construction loan draws from loan origination through project completion, which includes reviewing draw requests, verifying documents, scheduling inspections, and maintaining accurate records. The Draw Administrator coordinates draw funding by working closely with feasibility analysts, borrowers, contractors, vendors, and inspectors.

The primary function involves performing detailed credit underwriting for business purpose mortgage loans to ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing loan files, managing a high deal flow pipeline, and collaborating with other teams to move loans through origination.
