This role is a unique opportunity for a technically savvy and strategically minded professional to lead the implementation and optimization of AI-powered marketing workflows.
- Oversee the design, governance, and execution of AI and automation strategies across the marketing and revenue tech stack.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Enablement teams to scale efficiency, enhance lead management, improve campaign performance, and optimize pipeline conversion.
- Emphasize hands-on AI training, workflow design, and data-driven insights.
- Shape the future of marketing operations while directly impacting revenue and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate in a creative problem-solving and continuous innovation environment.
- Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap across the marketing and revenue tech stack.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for lead management, personalization, forecasting, enablement, and operational efficiency.
- Train, optimize, and fine-tune AI agents, copilots, and workflows within HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and other platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows, ensuring integration across systems and alignment with revenue processes.
- Manage martech stack integrity, including clean data, scalable architecture, and robust platform integrations.
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and governance standards for AI and automation usage.
- Train and enable marketing and SDR teams to adopt AI-powered tools effectively.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and report insights on efficiency, conversion, and revenue impact to leadership.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Qualified, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, or CaliberMind, with strong data analysis skills.
- Experience configuring, training, and optimizing AI features in martech or salestech platforms.
- Familiarity with SDR and enablement tools such as Outreach and Highspot.
- Expertise in building automations and integrations using workflow tools like n8n.
- Understanding of AI agents, prompt design, workflow orchestration, and governance.
- Strong cross-functional communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Nice to have: experience in cybersecurity organizations, RevOps/Sales Ops background, mentorship experience, or familiarity with multi-touch attribution platforms.
