Role Description

This role involves managing advertising campaigns and ensuring their successful execution.

  • Set up, launch, and manage direct and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented on time, delivered in full, and meet client KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and optimize delivery under guidance from senior team members.
  • Conduct QA for ad trafficking, delivery, and reporting to ensure accuracy.
  • Update programmatic inventory on SSPs and integrate third-party inventory sources into internal systems.
  • Support onboarding of SSPs/DSPs by performing operational tasks required for integration.
  • Document ad ops processes and maintain operational playbooks for campaign setup, approvals, and reporting.
  • Transition manual campaign workflows into automated solutions wherever possible.
  • Communicate ongoing campaign statuses and issues to account management and internal teams.
  • Participate in team meetings to support operational efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising operations, including hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns (direct and programmatic).
  • Understanding of ad technologies, including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs.
  • HTML, JavaScript, data structures, and understanding HTTP requests are nice to have.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex campaign delivery issues and escalations.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on precision and efficiency.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours (EST) and adapt to varying schedules to support global operations.
