• Negotiate contracts and manage a global roster of Youth + NIL athletes • Build and maintain relationships with agents, coaches, and event organizers in the NCAA and high school communities • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, event, content, and social media teams to engage younger audiences • Drive the “Disrupt Track” brand initiative from a Youth/NIL perspective • Facilitate the transition of NIL athletes into professional contracts with HOKA • Execute regular gatherings, summits, camps, and engagement opportunities for NIL athletes • Manage internal communications with leadership regarding trends, partnerships, insights, and product feedback • Monitor youth run culture trends in key regions (USA, EMEA, Japan, China) to inform strategy
