Role Description

This role involves overseeing the management of Hubs within an assigned territory for the upcoming Photo Day Event Season.

• Partner with the JPIX Operations Team while giving guidance and support to seasonal Hub Managers to ensure all aspects of the photography experience meet company expectations.
• Ensure Hub Managers and Photographers deliver exceptional Photo Day experience (pre-event and actual event).
• Attend larger Photo Day Events to provide additional support.
• Resolve escalated events or employee concerns.
• Oversee regional team travel and budget requirements.
• Conduct interviews and hire all Hub Managers within assigned region. Assist with interviewing Photographers as applicable.
• Partner with Operations Team to deliver “Train the Trainer” sessions (may require travel).
• Provide clear communication of expectations and hold each employee accountable to JostensPIX standards - may include difficult conversations with HR support.
• Conduct virtual meetings with applicable teams.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one full season as a JPIX Photo Hub Manager.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with others at all levels within the organization.
• Comfortable working with computers and ability to learn new programs.
• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
• Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under time pressure and availability to work early mornings and/or late nights as applicable.
• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, customer service, and general business experience.

Salary Information

Salary Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour based on applicable exempt salary range. Salary may be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
