Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly responsive Medical Travel Administrator to support our non-emergency medical transport operations. This role focuses on coordinating travel logistics for patients requiring assistance via commercial flights. Speed, accuracy, and calm decision-making are critical, especially when managing last-minute flight changes.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for medical transport cases
- Book and manage commercial flights, hotels, and related travel arrangements
- Monitor and secure last-minute flight availability as needed
- Communicate with clients and patients via phone and text (approximately 20–30% of the role)
- Prepare invoices and manage billing documentation
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth travel execution
