Role Description
This role involves sourcing top IT talent for complex and niche technical roles.
- Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top IT professionals
- Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, GitHub, and social networks
- Identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate databases and update sourcing activities in internal systems
- Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously optimize sourcing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with IT market trends, technologies, and sourcing best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in recruitment agencies or IT outstaffing / outsourcing companies
- Strong understanding of the IT market, technologies, and technical roles
- Proven ability to source candidates for complex or niche positions
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
- Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles such as SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics, AI Engineers, or other specialized technical positions
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft effective outreach messages and follow-ups
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Proactive, results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
- English level: B2+
