Job Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in HR and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) for recruitment.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a bonus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
