• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle. • Partner effectively with Sales, Derivatives Legal Counsel, Credit, Operations, KYC, and Compliance teams. • Address documentation questions and resolve issues proactively. • Request, collect, review, and process all regulatory and derivatives documentation. • Collaborate closely with Derivatives Legal Counsel on negotiated items. • Coordinate with KYC teams to verify Beneficial Ownership and entity classification. • Maintain and update client profile in approved systems. • Monitor onboarding metrics including KRIs, SLAs, and KPIs. • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes. • Support documentation remediation initiatives.
