• Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment). • Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations. • Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications. • Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments. • Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience. • Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle. • Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing. • Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions. • Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go‑live.
