Role Description

We are looking to hire a Product Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large, complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Responsible for managing the project team, stakeholders, and resources, ensuring that the project goals and objectives are met.
  • Location: Remote. Working hours are based on the Pacific Time Zone, with at least 6 hours of overlap mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Leading and managing the project team, providing direction and support to team members.
  • Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Managing project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Ensuring that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience managing complex projects.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management, advanced degree preferred.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and experience managing large teams and budgets.
