Job Description

• Serves as a leader on federal client engagements • Shapes the Agile team and processes for success and drives the backlog of work • Uncovers and articulates the needs and goals of the client organization • Collaborates with a variety of internal and external experts • Generates clear and compelling artifacts to explain the product vision, strategy, and high-level requirements • Manages and plans Agile work across multiple workstreams • Is a team player with excellent problem-solving and consensus-building skills • Contributes to the product practice by building relationships across the company

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of professional experience in a digital product delivery role
3+ years direct product management or product strategy experience on an Agile team
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, must reside in the United States
2+ years experience in a professional consulting role
1+ years experience leading virtual workshops that employ human-centered design, design thinking, or generative brainstorming techniques
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Professional experience on integrated cross-functional Agile teams that include user research and UX design SMEs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Mural
