Job Description

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to client goals and measurable outcomes. • Develop and execute scaling strategies to increase adoption, reliability, and operational readiness. • Continuously evaluate business objectives, customer insights, and operational data to inform prioritization and investment decisions. • Use metrics and dashboards to assess product performance and guide decision‑making. • Deliver concise, data‑driven updates on status, risks, trade‑offs, and decisions to executive and cross‑functional leaders. • Build trust through transparent communication, disciplined execution, and consistent delivery at speed. • Own the product roadmap and sequence work based on impact, effort, risk, and strategic alignment. • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch to continuous improvement—focused on reducing cycle time. • Manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously; establish measurable objectives and maintain delivery velocity. • Conduct structured discovery with customers and SMEs to validate problems and opportunities quickly. • Translate goals into actionable features with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and acceptance criteria. • Partner closely with engineering and design to ensure feasibility, reduce ambiguity, and de‑risk delivery. • Lead large, cross‑team initiatives through strong governance, structured decision‑making, and effective operating forums. • Drive alignment across contract, business, and technology groups to ensure solutions meet standards without slowing delivery. • Serve as the primary point of contact across Agile/SAFe teams; facilitate PI planning and sprint ceremonies with a focus on predictability and speed. • Continuously optimize delivery processes to shorten time to value and improve quality. • Iterate based on user feedback and outcomes; institutionalize learnings to accelerate future delivery. • Identify growth levers and operational simplifications that enhance user experience and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 12+ years in Product Management and/or Product Design
  • 10+ years partnering with engineering, design, and research teams, with hands-on solutioning or software development/design experience
  • 8+ years hiring, managing, and developing product managers and ICs
  • 5+ years in big tech or startup environments
  • 3+ years working with data analysis or data‑driven solutions
  • 1+ year experience with AI tools and solutions
  • U.S. Citizenship
