Job Description
Role Description
The ServiceNow Developer will enhance and optimize an existing custom ServiceNow application, Contract Intake, which is used for capturing and managing contract-related data. This role focuses on improving the form design, workflows, and integration logic to ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and Costpoint through MuleSoft.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and integration teams to deliver a robust, user-friendly solution that supports contract lifecycle management and financial system integration.
- Enhance and configure the existing Contract Intake form in ServiceNow to improve usability and data validation.
- Develop and update ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract intake and approval processes.
- Implement and optimize integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs.
- Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and Costpoint for contract and financial records.
- Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract intake and approvals.
- Validate integration points and troubleshoot issues with MuleSoft and Costpoint teams.
- Perform unit and integration testing for enhancements and integrations.
- Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams.

- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs – Advanced
- JavaScript Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting – Intermediate
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Request, Change, Access Management)
- Experience with MuleSoft integration – Intermediate
- Knowledge of contract management processes – Intermediate
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Required
