Job Description

• Design and lead Yomali’s go-to-market motion • Win net new customers • Open new market segments • Build predictable pipeline and revenue • Scale a high-performing sales team • Personally close early deals • Hire and lead SDRs, AE’s and future sales hires • Own forecasting, metrics, and revenue outcomes • Partner with marketing to scale demand

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record building and scaling B2B sales engines from scratch
  • Experience across the full funnel (generate → qualify → close → expand)
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce, or tech
  • Player-coach mindset with strong leadership instincts
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
  • Willing to travel for key events and conferences globally.
